That makes it difficult to go to the neighbour and say "sort your cat out".
That doesn't stop the need for cat owners to have a serious think about how their cat owning actions affect their neighbours.
You have every right to own a cat, you have no right whatsoever to let it crap in my garden.
I suggest the OP tries the granules or the prikkastrip. Both of which do of course cost you money to protect your garden.
