That "ABBA Thingy" is your BIOS, that's up to you if you want that or not.
Though make sure you are using ABBA as there are significant improvements over previous ones.I've previously updated my BIOS so I should be okay.

Ryzen Master seems to get a mixed response though I've already got that installed anyway.
No ABBA update is the best one for all Ryzen 3000 CPUs as it allows properly to boost.
Would that be in mobo bios update? I have the latest one for my board.
X570 Aorus Master BIOS F7b (latest as of this post) includes AGESA 1.0.0.3ABBA
so is 1.4v acceptible now ?

It was always fine, even up to 1.5v is normal running at stock/default settings.so is 1.4v acceptible now ?
