Yeah, assuming the £6m is right, that's quite a hefty salary isn't it?
He said he wasn't interested in the job a few weeks ago, I guess Everton are desperate about staying up as he's never got a Premier League team relegated.
None by the looks of it, seems like they are interested in De Boer. Who when managed Palace didn’t win a single game iirc. What's the odds on Pulis to Swansea?
Looking forward to Swansea being dumped out of the EPL.
Yes they have.Have they offended you?
I think he had a bad attitude about the whole thing. Just seemed annoyed with everyone including the fans. Felt like he was trying to deflect the blame onto others at times, instead of taking responsibility and acting civil towards people rightly questioning his recent performance.Well not surprised Hughes has gone, after the way he stormed off during one of his pressers earlier this month.
Hopefully Stoke go down this year, another team I won’t miss lol.
I honestly don't believe that. We know Utd looked at nearly every other option before going to Mourinho and Mourinho's still the same manager they didn't want to appoint. He'll always be putting more pressure on the club to keep giving him more and more money to spend, his pet dog will be out peddling his propaganda and as with this Conte business, he's going to behave like a ****. Now, just like when they appointed him, they're willing to tolerate it because they want to establish themselves at the top table, not risking finishing 5th and missing out on the CL, and he's seen as the safest bet. Sooner or later they'll lose patience with him, probably when they're satisfied that they're place in the CL is safe or another candidate becomes available that can meet their requirements without all the baggage.I think at this stage an extension is best for all involved, it's no good working under the assumption things will definitely implode. His time at Man Utd so far hasn't been the 'norm' so perhaps he's started averagely and will end up getting better, rather than the other way around. I know the club want to keep him long term, whether that's feasible remains to be seen.
Given how things haven't exactly gone as planned so far this season though, it's a big risk (as with most things).
