Let's leave personal insults out of this. Remember, that is against forum rules. We understand the delays for this product have lead to many customers being dissapointed. Whilst myself and 5UB are doing what we can to manage your orders and keep you up to date with supplier info, people have ordered a product that hasn't arrived and.we.can understand if they are venting here to a degree. Sadly this is the way our industry works, if a product doesn't arrive on time it makes us look bad and we inevitably have to pick up the pieces.

All we can do is show that our customer service in dealing with these setbacks is as personal and as.complete as we can offer which hopefully offsets any disappointment and encourages people to keep shopping with us.

SSD is not a group I control but as AM is away from the office it would be remiss of me to ignore the issues here. That's why I have been putting my own work agenda on hold to resolve issues.as best I can here and in the CS forum with 5UB

As I don't deal with these suppliers daily,it is a little more difficult for me to get the info I need to relay back to you guys but I will get the info to you asap

Can I ask that baiting other members is stopped as regardless of anything said in the thread, it isn't appropriate.

As I mentioned earlier today, I will be updating the thread as soon as I know any information tomorrow.

He's a customer and his problem is with OCuk so we don't really need the usual OCuK cheerleaders ;). I use Ocuk and i for the most part like their service but i don't come in here and tell others how they should feel.

Well at least I didn't go for one of these, as it would've left me with no money to get a case, I needed more than 60gb, so I got a force 3 120gb instead :)

I have to deal with *insert random insult here* like him on a weekly basis... I dislike seeing it here too when it's quite obvious it's not OcUK's fault & OcUK are even trying to "compensate" people for the delays the supplier have caused.

People need to learn to use some common sense in where they place their blame, if they must place blame in the first place.

Especially "funny" when you wouldn't get it any quicker ordering elsewhere... do you see any other etailers upgrading people to saturday delivery for free or throwing in USB sticks?

I'm not an OcUK cheerleader, I just keep my bitching more private :p

OcUK have epic CS, but their RMA department has a lot of improvements to go through (ie the 28 day thingy)

I wish we could improve the 28 day return with manufacturers however that is law and what majority of the manufacturers go by. Maybe one day it will change. :)

ive held out this long might as well wait another day,

could my order have the address changed back to my work address please assuming that the delivery will be changed back to next day ie tommorow

and also can someone confirm if these do ship with 2.3-3.5 adapters like it states in the opening post and if not if anything id rather have one of those over a memory stick

I've just asked this question in CS as they're quite clearly advertised as shipping with the adaptor. I'll update here when I've received a response.

What I mean is I wish that after the product has been confirmed faulty, it'd be nice if OcUK would send a new one from stock, this is what atleast one of your competitors is plannin in currently :)
