To be fair when I RMAed my MSI motherboard they did send me one out of stock instead of having me wait for MSI to replace it.

As a result of the problems, the stock will be arriving today!

I have not been actively involved in this SSD issue until now.

What I am prepared to offer is to price match Amazon, just drop a note in the customer service forum and put FAO 5UB in the title, include your order number, and we will sort you a refund for the difference. We will also sweeten the deal by offering a free OcUK USB Flash Pen :)

I hope this is acceptable for you all, we really do value your custom and I can only apologise on behalf of the whole company.

Its the same price as Amazon is it not or Im I missing something?
 
We are honouring the "old" Amazon price of £139.99 for all pre-orders. Don't worry we aim to have the best C.S. in the land :)

He just clipped me around the ear saying I need to do it! So I better before I get knocked out. :p

Will the price match of £139.99 apply if I place a order now or is it just for those that have pre ordered?

I have a pre order in at the other place but would rather order from OcUK..

Just made my post in CS, I loved OcUK's CS before, you had me with the little bags of sweets and free postage for loyal forum members! (Its all about the sweets really...)
