Those are great, the gf has a d500 so this will be a good comparison for her, just reminded me to ring o2 up and order it!
How have you got on with it over the last week or so VIRII?
Well I'll start with the bits that I feel could be improved.
Firstly - fingerprints, I keep feeling the urge to polish the damn thing lol.
Secondly - the touch sensitive parts seem a bit overly sensitive, but that might be my shovel hands at fault.
Thirdly - the camera isn't as instantly on as I'd like it to be, there's a short delay (probably the case with most phones).
Fourthly - the actual pictures taken if sent to another phone seem to resize themselves as if going from portrait to landscape and have more detail in them to the sides than the original.
Fifthly - I want to set custom sounds to any event, not just incoming calls etc. I don't think that everything can have odd sounds, eg incoming email. Might be down to me not reading the manual though.
I suspect the 3rd and 4th points are something to do with the way that I have things set up in the options and not really the phone being odd.
Other than that I love the phone. Bluetooth canes the battery though. It has replaced my E700 as the phone I actually use the most. In the past my new phones rarely got used as the E700 is practically a part of my body as I have had it so many years and used it for so long. So to take pride of place in my pocket the E900 has done well.
Oh scratches .... I never used to worry about the E700 getting scratched and it used to go in with my carkeys, but the E900 gets its own pocket, so that is an endorsement.
All in I rate it pretty highly and I'm a tad critical lol. I think the camera is very good too, VERY good indeed.
