No, my girlfriend works for Vodaphone, she can get both of us a 50% discount on our packages. So we're both getting Galaxy Notes. 900 Minutes, Unlimited Texts, 750MB Data (although Vodaphone seem to be doing this unlimited thing for 3 months, where they monitor your data use and then give you some options at the end of that) and this Vodaphone Passport thing.
I don't know much about Vodaphone as I've never been with them, been on Three for the past 5 or so years.

Im not speaking on behalf of the masses but its been a while since i actually held a phone to my ear, its usually bluetooth in the car, or headset.
I can't imagine it being as difficult or as ridiculous as people keep making it out to be.
It's really not. Got access to a DS Lite? Put that to your ear to test because it's roughly the same size.

I've got a Window N50 and would never use it as a phone (luckily the N50 is a 5" PMP only)

With regards to the size, you have to remember anyone getting one of these isn't going to be someone that is on the phone all the time, it wouldn't be the best idea in the world to get one for extremely heavy phone use.
