Samsung Galaxy Note: 5.3", 1200x800 SuperAMOLED, S-PEN stylus, 2500mAh attery... *phew*

Good lord the Galaxy S II looks tiny! :o

Still, it seems to go fine into 'normal' trouser pockets (not that I often put my phone in my trouser pocket), jeans could be an issue depending on the design of them though, for some people.

Absolutely fine in an average sized inside suit pocket, which is good (and expected).

I don't think portability is going to be a major issue, one-handed use and how it is when against your head are my two remaining concerns.

I still think I'll get the Nexus anyway, this just seems a little bit obscene. :p

Having just seen that Clove video, one-handed use potential seems to have gone flying out of the window.

I don't know. I think I could use it one-handed but it wouldn't be very easy and I'd be at significantly increased risk of dropping it.

You can't really get a case for it either because then it gets EVEN BIGGER! :(

An S2 sized phone where the entire front is the "screen" as in it has no bezel would be splendid.

Samsung's 2012 bendy displays can't come sooner because that's exactly what we're likely to see!

Well clove bundle a free case when you buy the Note from them. Seems quite well thought out:

Still no chance of me ever owning a phone that large mind.

Such a good idea this phone but it just seems a bit too large to be useful to me. :-(. The nexus is probably the top end of size for phones for me, I'd like to try the note though see how it feels in hand.

A back cover case, interesting.

That's actually a really really good idea, also re comments about how big it is compared to the S2, I said the same earlier on, people say "oh it's only a few mm longer and wider" and although the numbers look small it all adds up to a massive phablet.

Been playing with mine for a little bit now, its nice but im not completely sold on the screen. It looks grainy and if you tilt the screen slightly it goes greenish, the colour white doesnt look white. I have my streak next to me and the screen seems a lot better than the note.

That doesn't sound too good, goes against everything I've read so far in the reviews. Will reserve judgement though until I get to see one in store.

That could indeed be a side effect of the screen technology.

Sounds OK to me, it'll have a green hue when looking at a white background off-angle and small black text might look a bit fuzzy too.

I'm willing to bet you probably won't notice with normal use (unless your holding it close to your eyes :p)

Check it against other Notes when you get the chance.
