Samsung Galaxy Note: 5.3", 1200x800 SuperAMOLED, S-PEN stylus, 2500mAh attery... *phew*

Which case are people using for this, mine arrived today after being a long time blackberry user and I miss having the protective case as I often have my phone in my pocket with keys and money.

Looking at some online reviews the official flip case seems popular but a lot of people saying the build quality leaves something to be desired.
 
I know this is an odd question, but if anyone has great little war game how is the framerate/responsiveness of the game on max graphics? TIA

I've been on giffgaff since xmas. No problems at all. Ported my old number across without a hitch. Have just had to move on to the £15 goodybag, as 250 minutes too little ;)

Still waiting for my sim but I'm in no rush really. I might transfer to T-Mobile instead now though, it's a fair bit more expensive @ £26 per month, and I'll get 300 mins, unlimited txts and 750mb internet. Doesn't sound like a good alternative considering what giffgaff offer but with the T-Mobile deal I essentially get a free Galaxy S3 handset! (For the missus, I'm keeping my Note)
 
It's out in Germany and parts of east Asia. There are links further back in the thread to instal one of those updates manually if you can't wait for an OTA update

it went down for a lot of people including me a few weeks back, could not use phone or net all day and the internet went down a couple of days ago for a few hours.

people were not happy over on the giffgaff forums when it was down all day, apparently caused by flooding.

while the net is unlimited, a few months back they were asking users on the forums what they thought about bringing in a fair use policy for the small percentage of people going way over the norm for net use.

Flooding? The water kind?
Or more likely too many users using the network causing servers too crash.
But that's not promising, I was seriously considering moving from o2, once my PaynGo credit ran out.

Does it take a normal sim card or micro sim?
Is UK official ICS out yet/soon?
On the blue version, what colour are the front bezels?
I don't use a case or screen protector on my current phone (4" screen), but would these be a good idea to get due to the size of the note?
Does it have a front camera?

I keep getting:
Charging Paused. Voltage too high.
- This happens, when running phone on Battery Power only, or while been charged.

Every 15 seconds, regardless if screen is on/off.
Any tips too solve this?
I was playing GTA 3, finished game, turned screen off, an this message keeps popping up.

No, the phone is running off battery, NOT connected to the Mains, how it's charging, or thinks it's charging is beyond me.
This seems too be a known issue with the Note + S2.
But I can't find a definitive solution,

I've read of similar probs when using some car chargers, it might be the battery itself you could take it to a shop and try another battery or totally disharge then recharge yours, may be a factory reset might help with a calibration issue, other than that dunno soz.
