Samsung Galaxy Note: 5.3", 1200x800 SuperAMOLED, S-PEN stylus, 2500mAh attery... *phew*

Does anyone think it's still worth picking one of these up? The SG3 is fuggly, but I would very much like the innards in the Note chassis. The stylus and physical size (not just the resolution) are really swinging me, but if dual core turns out to be lagging a bit in 12 months time it's obviously not as practical as a regular sized phone. Anything on a grapevine about a quad core model like the 10.1?

I honestly can't see it lagging.

If your as fussy as me when it comes to you homescreens take a screen shot before you upgrade!

SLowly noticing little features - one I really like is the data allowance settingsmm you can set an alarm and let it turn your 3g once you've reached your limit

Ahh, cheers for the info guys! Irritatingly I don't have a computer at the moment though, most frustrating! My handset definitely isn't branded so glad I don't have to wait for anyone to further fiddle with ics.

Hmm...not so happy here. Quite buggy, Apps crashing and freezing to start with and now they are just slower than expected. i.e opening and closing Aps is slower than usual.

A factory reset would probably sort it, bit of a pain though I know! I think the consideration needs to be that this is a bit pretty major update, like going from XP to 7 or something. Starting afresh is the best way to make sure everything is working ok.
