Samsung Galaxy S... highest spec Android phone released... also with QWERTY!

I have a mofi case, very good quality for £ 5.00 and a nice snug fit

ok ill look into mofi cases a bit more then. Do you find it makes it harder to get out of your pocket tho ? i was thinkin maybe a leather case as it wont grip to the inside of your jeans etc...

Also does anyone know any cheap places for SD cards ? gonna whack a 32Gb in my SGS for films etc...

I'm looking forward to my SGS arriving over the next couple of days. O2 retentions were rubbish, so I'm moving over to T-Mobile via buymobilephones.net with an effective £25 a month contract (read - redemption) 18 months 600mins/500txt/1GB internet.

How sucessful have people been getting T-Mobile to swap them over to the 3GB FUP?

Most people have been successful, but sometimes it has taken a couple of tries if you got the phone through a 3rd party provider (e.g. buymobilephones.net). Best thing is just to keep ringing back until one of the customer services people upgrades you :)

The poeple at T-mobile are really nice but a bit daft tbh, it took a few tries but I finally got through to the 3gb FUP and my booster for something else.

They do grip your pocket a little. I quite like that, but more secure. Less likely to slide out. Must say though, excellent quality and a very good fit.

I got my new Samsung Galaxy s on the weekend and .............. It s bloody brill ... best phone i have ever had, i keep finding new things to do on it ... fantastic!!! :D:D:D

Ordered a mofi case and a screen protector. Got a samsung hand strap thing aswell so i dont drop it

Just dropping in again to ask if there's any news of the hardware keyboard version of this! :p

I just saw this on gsmarena: http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_epic_4g-3410.php
Is THAT it, or is that an entirely different phone? Because if so then my last post on the subject was correct, and we probably won't get it in Europe, since it won't work on GSM networks.

Also known as - Samsung Galaxy S Pro

Yes that is it, and that version is CDMA, which makes it no good here.

We probably wont get it here now, no. Don't write it off though just yet.

These cases from Zenus look very nice, but they are nearly £30 from ebay I believe

I've gone for a 3-IN-1 PACK FOR SAMSUNG i9000 GALAXY S - BLACK to keep me going.

Car charger is required due to being in the car all day, especially if the battery life is as poor as stated when you first start using it.

-- edit: The size of the previous posters .jpg make me feel like I'm on 28.8k dial up --

From ebay? I've ordered the same pack, my galaxy s should arrive tomorrow and I wanted to make sure it stays unscratched at least for a while:p

Yeah, thats the one. At £4.49 for a case, screen protector and charger it seems pretty good.

Got my email from BuyMobilePhones.net and my SGS should also arrive tomorrow, but as it's via Citylink I won't hold my breath :p

Just been offered £35 a month, 24months, 1200 mins, unlimited texts, 3GB d/l.

This is with T-mobile, whom I'm in the position to upgrade or renew with.

The offer is actually no different to what they offer new customers :(

Vodafone said £35, 24months, 900mins, unlimited texts, 1024mb.

You want to stay with T-Mobile if you can, try and get that down to £30 (or £35/18 Month), provided you need all those minutes
