Yes, that always ends well.
Seriously, go to the address you sent the camera too and get yours back.
That's just appalling. In future OP if you sell and take pictures have a piece of paper with your eBay username in the photo to prove it yours. Even better yet, take I.D with the photograph.
I dislike selling on eBay now, full of idiots.
I'd start with the police.
Also a good suggestion about sending dog **** in the mail. They deserve it imo.
If you send dogs poo in mail to someone and they CSI trace back to you then you could get done for harassment.
Yes, that always ends well keyboard warrior.
To be honest on eBay's principles you can sell the camera exactly as it has returned to you using the same listing you originally sold it. Nothing should have changed, right?
Indeed. Completely hypothetical because it would be unfair to put the buyer in such a position, but looking at it like that puts it in perspective. This would be quite an interesting turnaround, if not for 2 problems:
1. You're a bit of a ****, shipping something in a naff condition to someone who doesn't necessarily deserve it
2. Ebay would probably side against you if it's not as described, despite the tremendous irony of them doing so proving you were originally right
There was an actual case similar to this in a thread recently. OP went to the police and guess what? Laptop was never seen again.
Try and fail or not bothering to try at all?
Good luck in life if your attitude reflects the latter.
Has the op called eBay. As its a lot more effective than using their messaging system
