Now to install all the bits n bobs off the cd, i know the software for mild overclocking is crap but i need to take "small steps" my track record aint so hot lol.

Darn the supplied software really is bad am allready uninstaling it - rotten :)

Well, good morning to you on this fine Autumn morning. At least you guys get a bank holiday today - I don't get mine 'till September 27th!!!!

Does this mean you are working on a "project x" with gazillions of rac potential?
 
No great secret - looking to try and get close to 50k ultimately. I will be going 'underwater' on 1x285 - and increasing my GPU count by 1. The new GPU will also go under-water, leaving one of my 285's on air!:eek: Bought my first bit of shiney copper at the weekend - 1 advantage of having 'old' cards - you can pick up bits at rock bottom prices! The overall cost of doing this is outrageous and I bluntly refuse to use my plastic, so I gotta earn the money before I can spend it! :(

Yesterday was a day of start/stop for me. My DCF went through the roof, so I spent many hours correcting it to get work. All filled up now, so I don't think you'll be out-producing me for quite a while now! Time will tell!

Thats me out of seti work now - I have run down my cache and I was going to detach/re-attach to get rid of the ghosts, but for some reason the detach option is greyed out for seti? I have no tasks, so not sure why - any ideas?
 
No idea why its greyed out but as long as your spec and PC name remain the same just uninstall
and re install, easy enough and it will probably be better for it.

Or do you have another project running as well?
