Thanks, had to make a 150 mile round trip for it but it was worth it I think.

1997, 23k. Lots of history, totally standard except Scorpion can and Datatool Series 3 alarm..

Agreed, I saw one for sale on 'that' auction site very cheaply. I wondered why until I'd seen it had clocked up 80k. Mental!

A very good friend of mine had this delivered, It is the most beautiful new bike I've ever seen.

It is now in his living room until spring.

That is stunning - saw one at the classic bike show and also the TT (in a tent). Beautiful bikes, and actually not *that* expensive considering the hand built nature

That style of bike is the only thing I would consider getting when I get bored of sportsbikes

Seriously not my cup of tea, especially at that cost. I understand why others like them and buyers are most probably classic café racer fans, but it's silly money.
I'd rather have a BMW R Nine T and pocket the £12-14K change.
