Show us your kitty cats

Mostly true, but not always.

Aye. Our one cat figured out how to turn the tap on in the kitchen and used to climb in the sink under the running tap. She would also climb in the washing up bowl whilst you were trying to wash up too! She loved water for some reason.

(PS it was back when people used to actually wash their own dishes! A dishwasher was your mum, not an essential white good!) :p

Grumble, grumble...

In my day, we kids used to do the washing up.

Not my cat, alas:

(I'm allergic to them :()

Dave spent from 2am to 3am this morning trying to convince me to let him out so he could go to the loo. They get shut in at night, but he has a perfectly good litter tray.

After him having a disco with Lola and jumping off every surface in the flat, plus several attempts at me chasing him round to try and plonk him in said litter tray, he gave up and found his own way there, whereupon he then jumped on my head (I was now back in bed) and promptly fell asleep again next to him.

It's a bloody good job I love him :D

^ I 2nd that. I find that the claws on his back feet are really sharp when he kicks, and I've almost been tempted to got the nail file out on them.

Mind you he is a good looking cat! ;)

Cheers dave, Bugsy is special to me, as he was hand reared from a day old. we lost one of his brothers and his other brother Malone has gone to a good home, but I kept Bugsy for myself. :)

Our first cat was B&W and was a feral cat - it took two years before she came to us and rubbed up wife's leg - she was trod on by a cow and had a deformed back leg and half a tail and half an ear- she was very gentle and led us down the cat road.

This was in about 1985 - give or take.

Geronimo! :D

That's about 6'6" up and about 3' gap to the bed. Doesn't seem overly willing to learn to climb back down via the shelves, which would be nice at 5am..

LOL I sure cats are deliberately annoying at times and usually in the early hours.

Yeah, I've been there. Looked after my mates cat for a week when he went on holiday.

His favourite trick to wake me up because he was bored was to get on top of my 2m tall wardrobe, then jump the the 1.5m gap and land on the bed. With me asleep in it. At 4:30 am.

Needless to say, he now goes to the cattery instead.
