Show us your kitty cats

Do you not like it when shes vocal? I love it when my two are chirping away, its like they're trying to communicate with me :D. Does she like to sit on your lap? Does she bite or scratch?

Bites and pads. She keeps her claws tucked away which is good. She still likes to be left alone but comes to investigate around me every now and again :p

Yeah I like it when they meow... i've always had cats which are always silent.

I have always wanted a kitten/cat but i live next to a busy road. Also i think it would be a shame to have one cooped up in my small flat.
Some really beautiful cats pics , i really really want one now :(

Our cats like to leap and bound all over us early hours of the morning when they're hungry, little buggers.

This was little Issy when we first got her in April.

Never really been a pet person. I absolutely love Issy though. She's the cutest cat ever!

Beautiful mate, sooo cute

Looking at getting a cat flap for our 2 soon, but we want to get one that can be programmed ot thier chip, so no collars needed and no random cats walking in!

Any suggestions on a good one? :)

Ok, I haven't got a picture but I will post one later, and maybe a video if I can be arsed.

But I have a question for cat owners:

My boy cat, Dexter, is literally obsessed with a particular toy. It used to be a mouse on the end of a plastic twig/stick thing. It broke and now whilst he'll play with the mouse/string part he absolutley LOVES the stick part.

If anyone touches it or goes near his scratch post where the toys reside, he starts meowing. Heaven help us if someone actually plays with him and the stick for a few minutes because he then sits and meows constantly for hours at us. He also makes it obvious he wants the stick by pawing at it and sitting on it, etc.

If you play and stop by ignoring and putting the stick on the floor, he will literally start meowing whilst being sat at the stick within 10 seconds.

Is anyone else's cat like this? and as persistent? Literally, meowing hundreds of times over a toy?

Cheers.

This is my mums cat Tim, she got him as an 8 week old kitten last year as a neighbour knocked on everyones door trying to find him a home (the person who was going to take him pulled out last min) and mum answered, half an hour later he came back with him :)

And last week

He likes stealing peoples seats and trying to be big man cat (isnt good at that yet as the bigger local cats seem to put him in his place) but he's awesome :)
