Show us your kitty cats

Morning from my boi Ronnie.
He got into a fight the other day and damaged his 3rd eyelid, looks horrible but vet says it should heal but won't be symmetrical anymore. Little monster. Can see it if you look at his left eye in the corner.

He's not too bothered though

It is with a heavy heart I have to say we have made the decision to take little Ozzy back to the breeder :(

The Mrs just wasn't ready for another cat. Feelings of guilt and grief over our previous cat George just kept surfacing :( We gave it a week to see if they would fade.

Problem is, George was like the child she never had. Having to have him put down hurt us both, but particularly her :(

I guess we will leave it another year before trying again.

All my fault really, I've been pushing to get another one for a while. She caved in reluctantly.

Little Ozzy was adorable though :( And she's missing him already. She's all conflicted over it.

It's not an easy situation, hopefully she can work through it and you can get some company in the house when the right time arrives :(

Our Ronnie has been in a few fights wito Milo over the road - We have had to take him to the vets on numerous occasions.

I think now he has learn't a lesson - He has finally stopped going out and up the fields - Just hanging arould with whichever one of us is outside.
He does look more relaxed now although he sniffes anything and everything.

I found out yesterday that it isn't Milo from over the road that is beating Ronnie up - seems there is a new cat down the road.

I thought it odd that Milo was fighting Ronnie as they used to play with each other and he has had the chop since.

Ronnie has certainly changed his lifestyle -Where before he was all over the fields he is staying round us all day now.

He has realised it is safer in the garden.

He has been lucky the postman hasn't dropped a parcel on him

The heavens just opened with a torrential downpour. Poor Angel was stuck in the garden under a small overhang trying to avoid the rain. But it was coming down so hard she was trying to squeeze herself into a smaller and smaller corner to stay dry. So I went out with an umbrella to rescue her, getting myself soaked while trying. The things I do for this little fluffball. I hope she appreciates it (she probably doesn't :D)

She expects it, slave

Our young Oscar for the past six months has been a pain in the butt for not coming home. I have gone 2-3 days without seeing him although it's usually 1-2 days and the second night he pops in for a feed while we are asleep. It worries me sick when he doesn't come home and it's such a relief when he does. The weird thing is he is always pleased to see me and cries to me and rubs himself all over me along with headbuts yet he is the one staying out! Cat's!! Anyway, it's turned cooler recently so we have seen more of him and he's been staying in longer thank god. Yesterday he was in most of the day until around 20.00 when he went out but came back at 22.00 had feed and I thought he would go back out but instead he jumped up on the bed for cuddles before joining his sister between the wife and I. He actually stayed in until I moved at 1am. He was back in at 9am this morning and was again all over me. He went out at 17.30 but came back within 30 minutes and is now on our bed cuddled up with his sister Cleo, something they hadn't done for months before last night. It really moves me to see them like that after all the worry he's put me through so here are a couple of pictures that I have just taken (Cleo on the left, Oscar or Ozzy as we call him most on the right).

Strangely that's the same throw on the bed and the pictures were taken about 20 seconds apart the first with flash, the second without. Weird!!
