Show us your kitty cats

Ah yes I remember the twice daily injections of insulin!

We had brother and sister, both diabetic in the end. The boy (Ozzie) was as good as gold with his injections, his sister (Meg) was a little jumpier, but she got better as time went on.

The fact that the decision was so hard just proves how much they mean to us.
It's probably going to take forever
Before my brain gets out of that 12 hour
It's insulin time mental alarm clock
He was pretty fantastic though
I can't bend down to inject him without risking
My herniated vertebrae putting me in agony
I just click my fingers and point at the stool
And he jumps up for his jab

Probably also take a while before I
Stop mixing present tense and past tense too

The black and white one in one of the photos so far
Doesn't seem to be missing him
Am a bit surprised wasn't sure how he would react

"It's cool, you keep working. I'll just chill here."

One of mine just got attacked in next-doors garden. He is OK but traumatised. But I do find that people who don't get their cats snipped are a damn nuisance. Un-neutered cats are a nightmare for other pet owners and eventually for the cat itself.

vets have been
was over in literally a few seconds
poor old boy had no strength left in him
hes gone to the crematorium now
for the first time ever he wont have to worry about
being violently ill on a car ride

heres a few photos of happier times

Incredibly difficult thing to do, but you DID do the right thing. Don't regret your choice as it was the kindest thing you could do for him. Sending you a man hug.....

The forbdden tummy rub, you can't resist, but 100% chance of pain
Yeah absolutely guaranteed he will get you
Always have to warn new people not to
Fall for it no matter how tempting it is

The old boy was total opposite
No matter what you did he wouldn't claw or bite
Just sat there as the vets shaved him
And put a canula in
They were very fond of him
They knew no matter the procedure they would be
Totally safe with him

they have grown so big and still as cute, its like "i dare u to come pet me " :)
I can't believe they are 14 months old already :p I don't think they'll get much bigger now. But I think ragdolls are still developing their colours and coat until 4 years old, so they'll darken a bit and poof out :p

Bluey here is a funny boy, he can be really affectionate if the mood takes him or really aloof and standoffish. He's a cat of many moods and very naughty when he wants to be. Bella on the other hand is much sweeter and easier to predict :p

Cats all have such different personalities.
