I love the 156 v6, such great value for money and the possibilities to fettle and fiddle to your hearts content is endless :)

I have had many turbo cars before but nothing with V power.

After having a 1.6 focus for the last 4 years moving back to Bristol we needed a second car my criteria were simple.

V6 or V8 under £1k

the 156 is what i got really impressed with how well and high it revs. Pulls well from really low in the rev range.

Awful on fuel but i only use it every now and then to get me around.

Thanks gents - it's a factory individual color called Velvet Blue (it looks more like the purple triangular chocolate in a tin of Quality Street in sunlight), I had the front end and wings resprayed to sort out some stone chips and lacquer peel on the front bumper.

I do like the black grills but I have a feeling a nice new fresh set of the OEM chrome ones would look quite sharp too - they're inexpensive anyway so could always trial fit and go back to black worst comes to worst :)

This is my Dad's, picked it up about 3 weeks ago :)

got any in mind ? a '68 firebird will need some suitable wheels that look the part with a classic muscle car. No point putting some OZ or BBS on that.

Not sure I can think of any brands that do this type of thing.
