What engine do you have in yours?

It does seems to have that effect. Makes a lovely sound for a 4pot turbo and has a wicked crack on an upshift. The grip and way it moves with the Quattro is also incredibly impressive, makes the m135 seem like a gripless oaf that just wants to wave it's ass around all day long.

The interior really is something to behold and a truly divine place to be, especially with some decent spec on it.

The m135 went back last week and stepping into this for everyday use is like jumping forwards 10yrs. Damn the 1 series is a basic and simple place in comparison.

What's the spec on that E65 Malt?
Mine had a few nice options on it when I had it including power bootlid, soft-close doors, adaptive xenons, comfort seats, etc.

Getting used to the new race car, not easy when it's peeing wet all the time. It's clear the car is far better than me at the moment but getting quicker every time out so making progress.

We have reconciled. I was led on a merry dance by a BMW specialist. I apologised in writing!
He was great about it and I will drop in with a bottle of plonk for his troubles

It seems to have everything. It's a 750i and has all you have mentioned and some!
TV is nice touch, missing DAB is annoying, but I assume I can get them from the TV now I think about it!
