Show Us Your Motors!

Sorry, but I still don't see the point in an X5....at least it's "off road" even if it is an industrial estate

There is always someone isn't there  ...some people just like the profile of an SUV, they like the driving position and the 'feel' of being in one.

Also, despite being fairly poor off-road, the X5 is a very good tow car, it's heavy and powerful and will pull as large a trailer or caravan as you like really ...well upto the legal permitted weight limit for that type of vehicle in this country at least.

That's ok, I'll keep my opinions to myself in the future then, I totally forgot this isn't an internet discussion forum....

It's not so much what you said, it's the way you said it, or at least how it appeared in text. If you had said that you don't see the point in the vehicle but you can of course understand why others might then I wouldn't have felt the need to say what I did.

The way it came across to me was that you could see no other opinion than your own on the subject, which is somewhat ridiculous I am sure you would agree?

I don't like small cars with small engines very much, but I do see the point to their existence and I do understand why people buy them.

Washed all our cars today, and took a few pictures of mine ready to make an ad.

Looks in really nice condition Westy, a lot of them around here have either been chavved up to the heavens or are really tatty, hope you get a quick sale :)

Cheers. Yep, a Saxo without neons/lexarse lights/bodykit is a rare sight :p!

Looks great Westy - best colour too. Miss my wicked red Sax. :(
Aye, Wicked Red > *.

Did you photoshop it?
Yeah but no.
It has been through Photoshop, but only to convert the CR2 RAW from the camera to a normal PNG - not to do any touching up. Me and Photoshop is very much "all the gear, but no idea" :(.

I did just try making a HDR of an interior shot, but it looks naff IMO:

I wouldn't try making fancy pictures, HDR or not, for adverts. The reason I asked about photoshop is that the first picture looks a bit over saturated/vibrated. Hurr. Vibrated.

Went along with my brothers to pick up this lovely little number today :)

absolutely lovely driving experience and quite a looker too - not what i was expecting when he told me he bought one :)

My bet's on 520d :p

How did you guess :p

M sport, 351M 19" alloys, ambient lighting (looks great!), rear tints too, cream leather with the anthracite wood (i think) interior. I dont like BMWs but this one has got me thinking of one in the future...

I was really surprised how good space grey looked :)
