Of course its real, I of all people genuinelly beleive that fuel costs are the only costs associated with car ownership. I was therefore deadly 100% serious.

Such a bargain at 25% more than a GTI, just for AWD and some tuning. How could I have missed that opportunity!

Hehe, not sure about VW prices in Dubai tbh! Either way a GTI remaps to the same power as an R
Did you go for DSG?
The GTI I have coming is 34k configured on the UK VW site, but I am paying equivalent of 22k for it here. The Golf R is 27k equivalent here. There is nothing comparable here for a similar price so it was an easy choice to get the Golf. The Audi S3 is not sold here unfortunately and the Cupra R is 22k, but only manual (wife cant drive that!)
yes, its DSG (most cars here are auto), in Candy White with pretty much everything added (leather, DNS 510, Keyless, rear camera, adaptive chassis etc etc) and i''ll pick it up after the unwashed masses have finished groping it at the Dubai Motor Show next month. As there are no more in stock or en route any time soon.

You missed the focus
I generally just point and click. Never really taken the time to get to use the camera to its full potential (EOS 1000D).
