My Mr2 GT T-bar turbo, in all its 18 year old faded paintwork glory, outside Antibes looking towards Nice.

Interesting bits/modifications:

- aftermarket cruise control
- heated leather seats
- Best headlamps of any car - merging retro popup coolness with 4300k HIDs in Hella projector lenses.
- fully working aircon!
- ST205 water/air intercooler + ECU, decat, boost set at 1Bar. 280-ish BHP

Hasn't put a foot wrong in 3 years/35k miles. No idea what to replace it with. Might just keep it forever.

Here's mine, it's an 07 VW Golf, not sure on which type, it's a 1.4 petrol, sounds nice and is mint condition inside.

Only has one key though, i called VW dealer and they said £210-230 for a spare key, anyone know if this is about right or if i should be paying less?

Great pic! It is a mk5 golf.

Price sounds about right from a stealer. Could get it done else where and it programmed for a lot cheaper though.

My old Golf had those wheels i really like them but by god they were kerb magnets. You'll be wanting tyres with rim protectors!

i spent an hour or so trying to find somewhere to do it in cumbria and came up empty.

yeh i like the wheels, dreading getting new tires as they'll cost a bit, my old car (clio) only cost £35 a tyre.
