I had a Coolit 240 and the only place I could put it was at the bottom. But I had to remove the 2 180 fans. I have not after approx 1 year gone back to a HS with fan.

I have the same case but without the window.

Personally its the best case i've ever owned.

Couple of quick questions, is it easy enough to replace the 180mm case fans at the bottom with penetrators?

Also will a 7970 3gb card fit into the case?

Just unscrew the high/low switches from the top of the case and replace fans and the card will fit with an inch or so to spare.

How easy are the old style to remove?

Just ordered 3 of the ap ones from ocuk, the one that concerns me is the fan under the hdd rack.

Just fitted a white cold cathode to my build, not sure if i like it yet.

Fitted the new ap 180 fans today & also removed around 11 months worth of dust! (the filters get cleaned every 2 weeks)

Really pleased with the new fans on low they seem to cool as good as the old ones did on high.

One of the USB sockets on the top of the case is now missing its little plastic clip on the inside. I barely use the top sockets so have sent Silverstone an email, will see what they come back with.

if it was anything like my experience with silverstone support your reply will be a quote for a ridiculous amount of money and then expect you to wait 12 weeks for delivery
