I feel for alonso, brilliant start.

Can we get rid of Damon, he really is useless.

I mean he got good traction, but when I watched the replay like the 70th time via tv, video or gif on computer, Alonso cut in crazy close to Kimi and Verstappen. I think it was actually kind of poor driving. Ricciardo didn't have a great start but when he saw the collision he backed off more and lost places initially but ended up the second car through as a result. Alonso saw the crash saw what was going to be frankly two cars crashing across the first corner and dived in thinking he could gain more places. If he backed off like Ricciardo did he might have got a podium.

Stay off the drugs

No drugs here, sorry mate. What is your explanation about the poor Vettel's and Kimi's driving, they did exactly what they should have been instructed to avoid. The crazy Max!
What the hell is so wrong with understanding these schemes? So impossible might sound? Like it is the first time anywhere in our society to have similar decision outside the sport areana?

I'm not really surprised F1 are doing what's in the interest of keeping the drivers championship alive as much as possible going forward, it's to be expected these days.

I feel like Vettel winning today would have kept the championship alive more than a Hamilton win today, but yeah alright, you keep on with your crazy thoughts. I suppose 9/11 used drones rather than aircraft, right?

I was referring to Vettel's dangerous driving not being penalised at the next race because it would hurt his championship hopes even more, as soon as the championship is decided viewing figures will drop - fact. If it had been a midfield driver who had done what Vettel did today or his safety car antics a few races ago they'd have got race impacting penalties without question.

There's not much the FIA can do about Hamilton being a superior driver to everyone else when he doesn't give them an excuse to penalise him.

Dangerous driving, sheesh.

Championship is Hamiltons now, Ferrari and Vettel have paid a large price for today.

Vettel caused the incident by cutting across two other cars and leaving them nowhere to go.

Max could only slam on (not great when everyone is accelerating) or move left. He chose the second option and Kimi had the same two options, minus the ability to go left.

If you believe the race was staged then you'll need to run down to Brackley and tell Merc to stop developing the car. I'd wager a few of the guys would appreciate your insight.

When someone is killed because of another driver then said driver spends time in jail for murder/manslaughter then... maybe then they may value their life and others around them.
Hope Verstappen receives a "have you been in an accident that wasn't your fault" call and takes them up on it.
Mind you he has his own list of victims who would like said call.

Pff who am i kidding touring cars is basically banger racing at higher speeds

And why was that? Ding ding ding... Vettel
Max panicked and showed his inexperience. If he held his line then Vettel would have had to have stopped coming over. Maybe he wouldn't have and he would have crashed into him and then yes we could have blamed Vettel, but the fact remains it was a coming together between Kimi and Max and then a cascade of events after that.
