I think they'd improve our team but as people have alluded to earlier, Fellaini loves the flying elbows and will be sent off easily in European competitions. :/

I agree they'd improve us i'm just not too sure they're the best options, especially for the money. Is Baines really worth £20m to us over Evra given similar ages etc? When that £20m could potentially buy us a winger who can cross and beat a man!

Baines for 20m would be a complete waste of money, He's too old at this point to be worth that much to us and we already have three left backs.

Baines is a lot better than Evra though, and he's proven in the Prem.

Evra has been poo in defence for three years. He scored some goals last season but that's not what he's there for!

Baines for 20mil is madness better of putting that into someone younf like Shaw at Southampton and moulding him into the team/club. I think Fellani would be ok in Europe he does manage to stay on the pitch in international football afterall.

All I ever hear from CP fans is that how he is definitely a step up from the Champ and he regularly outshines anyone else in the league.

There has been accusations that his form dropped off after he joined us.

I don't think for one second he's being signed to walk into the first and to be expected to start pulling up trees. He's one for the next couple of years once he's up to speed with the PL and what's expected of him.
