Sky Fibre Optic

Guys

Safe to say I can get fibre unlimited if the postcode search on Sky website shows the below on offer? Silly question but it hasn't been a clear question for them to answer

Have you been onto BT's wholesale checker? If it it says it is available there then you are almost certainly able to order sky fibre

Just done a speed test on mine which is normal Sky, 1.17Mpbs download and 0.65Mpbs upload.

I can't even stream radio!

Will have to ring Sky and get Fibre added on as normal Sky is getting worse every day!

so for 10 days i ahve had a bad connection, so i decided to get mysefl a 30m ethernet cable, though i needed only half, if that, and connect my PC directly to the router.

form getting 3-4mb download speeds, i now am getting about 36mb.

which is great, BUT, i was using devolo dlan AV200plus x3.

do i need to get 500mb homeplugs? if so what would be the best ones for sky fibre? the tp-link ones?

would i also be better of by getting a differnt router aswell?

Sounds like to me your internal wiring at home is the problem, not the plugs, so getting new ones will make little to no difference. My Zyxel 200Mbps plugs handle 40/10 fine. are you running the plugs through a surge protector or through an extension?
