*** Sky TV Cancellation & Negotiation Thread ***

How long should I expect to wait before Sky contact me about my cancellation? It's been 2 weeks now - still got another 2 weeks to go, but the other half will kill me if it does actually cancel :p

If you have your marketing preferences set to no contact then legally they can't contact you. Have a search for the retentions telephone number.

Thanks, I've updated my contact preferences as they were all set to off!

I'll give them a ring next week if I've not heard anything
