Just downloading the DUJA update on my Watch 4 LTE.
Anyone got a Huawei GT2? The watch faces have disappeared from the Health app I've not found a solution to the problem. When I try to open them in the app I just get a blank screen. I've deleted the watch, reinstalled the app and the issue persists.
Good timing, I finally managed to sort it earlier this morning. Everything was up to date with the watch and health app but I downloaded what I'm assuming is a modified version of the app through Huawei app gallery, and everything is back to normal.I don't know if you fixed this but my mothers watch did this last week.
There's a manual update available on the update screen which should direct you to a download the update.
I don't know why it doesn't go through the google play store updater, seems a bit silly.
My original 360 did the same. It was a known battery issue. EBay did have batteries for about £15 but I neded up just getting the new Samsung Wtch 4 classic.Hi,
I have a Moto360 original which only powers up on the charging cradle and if I remove it from the cradle it dies !
So it seems the battery in dead, so where can I get the battery replaced and is it worth bothering ! ?

Well, I the latest Samsung galaxy watch 4 classic lte update did not fix the battery problems. But.....The power-saving mode on the battery has been better.I tested it today and thank the smartwatch gods it lasts all day when I'm at work now. But having said that it could have been fine using the power saving mode before.
For Some reason i had it in my head on power-saving mode the LTE would be shut off and the watch wouldn't receive any notifications. and also thought my step tracking ect would not work.
The battery problems are defo just using lte. when the watch is close to my phone battery life is fine. IE when connected via Bluetooth.
So at least i can install facer again then try it again.
What is everyones else experience of the watch 4 lte when there phone is not in Bluetooth range ?
After owning the watch for one day I switched off the mobile networks because of the battery issue.
Yesterday after a full charge at 06.00 I switched the mobile network to auto and the battery reached 22% at 20.00 - the watch is mostly connected via Bluetooth but I do live in a rural area with really poor cellular coverage and the watch shows a LTE connection even set to auto and connected via Bluetooth to the phone.
Today I switched off the mobile network at 06.00 and at 20.00 the watch battery is at 61%, again mostly connected via Bluetooth.
Not a very scientific test but at the moment I'm leaving the mobile network off, will try again after the next update.......
It's that old now(2014) that the OS on the watch will be so outdated and many things may no longer work.
I love the classic cracking watch.
the one from Samsung will not have a esim. you will need to purchase one from the same place you have your main mobile contract.I was looking at the Samsung watch 4 4G version, but could someone tell me the difference between getting one from o2 for £11 per month with 1gb data or one from Samsung for £300 odd. Will the one from Samsung come with data or is that an extra on top, and is 1gb enough for a month? looks like all you can add on the o2 website.
OK thanks clears it up a bit. Thinking to go for the o2 one, but it only let's me pick 1gb, does that seem low? I have 30gb with my s21. Do they work Bluetooth till out of range then start using the 1gb. Don't think it would last even a week. Sorry this will be my first smart watch.
