Solar panels and battery - any real world reccomendations?

For anyone with home assistant or any smarter solutions, you can sign up for:
and then get HA to automatically populate by clicking on this page:
This will automatically send your data (we could set up a shared OCUK league tables on this, so we could see our daily stats) - you can submit manually as we're doing on this thread, but obviously much neater to automatically export
You just have to accept some of the big boys in there with 1000kw+ of panels
Been running mine for a while - pretty neat!

Yeah think that's fine - mine sends it once a day at midnight, so might be worth checking tomorrow and you should have your first entry

It's handy having welsh names for things, they're almost never used when you're signing up for gmail, web apps, forums etc....Your should stop assigning your username by faceplanting your keyboard

Ah, you're probably right then!I set it up a month ago so something's clearly wrong!
Worth doublechecking the instructions above - checked the api key etc?Also check your home assistant log - it's pretty good at saying what the problem is (eg incorrect api key etc)

Roughly means 'House/hall on the hill' - it was the grandparents house on Anglesey (also the name of a mental asylum in North Wales, so most appropriate....
)
