Something went wrong, ordered a Mustang, yet ended up in a British hotrod, I blame OcUK!

As I love a bit of SC whine I've just ordered a sound tube kit which uses a sound tube to pulse the natural noises of the supercharger whine into the cabin:

Easy to install and remove, cheap so worth a try. :D

Hi there

Went for a drive at the weekend through Snowdonia and eventually ended in Harlech at which point I went for a walk along the beach enjoying the glorious weather.

Shall post up more progress images as they send to me and of course post up photos when all done. :)

Hi there

Collected the car from Autobrite, got one of the guys in work to grab some photos on a proper camera, the last image shows up the dept of the paint and the pearl effect in the paint most. Supersonic sealant really extracts the pearl effect from paint so well, in the flesh it pops like crazy. :)

Incredible job by the AB guys, they've got M3 in now for same treatment. :)

needs some spacers the wheels look a little lost

I contemplated spacers, but I did not want to space them out too much, 5-8mm but the hub on the car don't have a big enough lip to support anything greater than a 3mm spacer and as I did not want to add anything past 10mm, dismissed it, would rather not mess with and in the flesh the wheels don't look lost to be honest, just some photo angles or depending how its parked can make it look a touch high, but in the flesh and when been driven it sits quite low, so just leaving it as Jaguar and SVO made a stunning looking car, don't need to mess with the styling.

Took another roadtrip this weekend of Wales with some buddies, did over 600 miles, incredible roads, even better wetter and we found a true gem of a beach, it was simply breathtaking. :)

Fantastic trip. :)

Newgale by any chance? I recognise the descent and the rise out the other side with the campsite. We stayed near there last for a week down near St David's. Lovely area.

Shame I did it in a fully loaded A6 Avant with camping gear and kids in tow tho..

Yes the first photos are, second beach which was like a paradise is Barafundle Bay, simply beautiful.

Car looks great but why is the front number plate so small, it looks off? Is it a custom size one you put on or are all SVR's like that?

Custom to fit the front bar, I prefer it to the stock size. :)

As an aside, drove the 10-speed Mustang recently and was not impressed by the transmission. Spent far too long rifling through the available ratios and didn't feel particularly positive or swift in manual mode either. Meh! Really did feel like bit of a slushbox.
