Just the standard PS4 package (controller, cables etc.) - no bundle or anything.
OK dude, keep me in mind if you take it to the MM if he's not interested. I would have it at that price if you're selling.

It was a special offer while the World Cup was on. Appliances direct still have it at £799 with 5 Year Warranty (Instore Only) Or RicherSounds have it for £829 Also With 5 year Warranty. Unfortunately it doesn't look like anyone is doing the sub/soundbar kit any more. Unfortunately you snooze you lose..

My details were updated to 'Non-Compliant' last week, & after ringing Sony several times about it, all I received was a bunch of hollow assurances & and a lot false promises that they would email/ring me back about it.
I finally contacted the French team on Friday using the email, & was informed it hadn't been accepted because the invoice wasn't of readable quality (not sure if it was water damaged in transit, or because the print quality wasn't high enough) & that I needed to send them another copy. I ended up being overly fastidious & just sent them everything I had (inc. the entire invoice email chain, snapshots of my winning email, photographs of the tv with my system details on-screen). It seems to have worked, as they've just replied to me saying the claim is now compliant & it will be send out shortly. Just waiting for the online status to update.
All in all it's pretty fantastic outcome all round. I didn't get the free soundbar as Tesco Direct don't seem to allow you to add items to your basket that are out-of-stock, but due to a friend's temporary double discount at the store (20%) & a one-off 10% code that went into effect during the final World Cup game, I ended with nearly a third off the tv... & now a PS4.
Just waiting for karma to come & settle the scale any day now. Maybe when I see my phone bill from all these calls to the 'Support' Team. ^^
Well, bought my W829 and a 1040 AV receiver from that popular discount hi-fi chain today. Sony had some sort of deal going on with a discounted surround sound system. There was a bit of jiggery-pokery with the receipts, where I apparently bought and sold back said system - net benefit for me was £50-worth of HDMI leads for a tenner, and the shop made a bit on the surround system.

Now that I think about it I stopped playing with the volume between dialog and action scenes ever since getting this T.V and Speaker combo. So I guess it does a pretty good job.
For me the best part of the combo is the ability to control both device with a single remote, so you get good sound quality the moment you switch the T.V on, no need to faff around with any other controllers.

I managed to get my 50W829 with the Sony HT-XT1 Soundbase for extra £100.
It can also be used as a speaker for playing your music via NFC/Bluethooth.
May I ask where you got this deal from? Looking for a good deal on this TV
I got it from the high street retailer of all things electrical.
I was initially going for the sound bar deal but it wasn't in stock so I asked for this soundbase, and got it for only £100 extra. At time of purchase (end of May) the soundbase alone was about £330.
