my issue was they lost lots of the paper work. so i think you will be OK. they will contact you if an issue mate, they are French so that was the issue

Mine's just been updated to 'Non compliant', whatever that means

I sent them a print-out of my JL order confirmation email too. I may call them this afternoon and see if I can find out what's going on.

They seem hilariously poorly organised for such a large company.

EDIT - Won't be calling them today as their customer service lot aren't available at the weekend, despite the competition status thing changing today. Oh well - I can wait a few more days

Hopefully that should be the case. I've actually contacted the customer services dept. twice now & provided my details; first because the website doesn't recognise my serial number (apparently a common complaint) so I can't contact he promotions team, & secondly to make sure there will be no issues with receiving the ps4. Both times I've sent emails with screenshots of the invoice/PS4 congratulations email with the code & even a photo of my tv with the system info displayed.

To be fair, both the people I've spoken to have been very friendly & agreed the my details are correct & valid, & that I've definitely won the ps4. I'm just not overly confident about what happens when the phone is put down. So far, none of my emails about any issues have been responded to, unless I am literally sending them to the person on the phone in real time, while it's just about past the 5 day limit the support person said it take for the IT staff to input my serial number into the system, with no result so far. There seems to fairly big disconnect between the support you get dealing with people in person, & those working behind the scenes. As the promotions team seem to be part of the latter, I'm a little worried. I guess I'll call back in a week's time & make sure again. They did elevate my query status level the first time I did it. Maybe being a tad pushy is the best way to about the issue. ^^

Just checked my status after seeing the above and it's now changed to compliant

Hopefully I'll be receiving a PS4 in the post soon although wouldn't be surprised if this goes on a bit longer.

TV weighs 13.6kg, which that mount can handle comfortably. Will post pics when up.

Please excuse the state of our house, it was horrendously decorated which we're in the process of sorting. However TV was too alluring, so got bumped up the list.

I thought it was at first, but we've got a toddler who likes to put his mitts on the telly so it serves a purpose.

When he's trained we'll drop it down a bit, but for now it's fine. Be better when our new sofas arrive as they sit a bit higher too.

Dude that TV is way to high.

I have two kids under two but still. You cant have the best viewing angle surely ?

It's honestly not that bad, but it will be dropping once Lord Jammy Hands has received the proper training.

i did notice a few paw prints on my TV, really shouted at my little one and she has not been back to it since, at least i can't see any paw prints.

on another note i have a parcel coming between 12:00 - 13:00 according to a text msg, so hoping its the PS4
