What number are you guys calling?

Telly has arrived, website not accepting serial or device ID. It's less than a month old, so I suspect they've not registered the details for the competition. :(

Of course, you can't mail via the competition website because it wants to validate the serial and device ID.

Seriously.
 
Can I ask what your device IDs and serials start with please?

Just that I can't tie up the MAC address on my telly to a Sony range...
 
Yep, all UC. Have tried every permutation.

Can't even raise a support request off the promo site because it doesn't recognise my numeric serial.

I think the serials of this batch haven't been registered. Possibly because it's close to the end of the compo, who knows. Either way, pretty disappointing. :(
 
Doesnt matter when the compo ends, you have until August I think to claim based on purchase date. My friend had the same issues you seem to be having. I will ask him and feed back what he did, unless you get an answer in the meantime :)

I've mailed their television customer support, but I imagine they'll tell me to speak to promotional support. The number Jim provided above is closed until Monday.

I've also posted a thread on their forums too, but no reply as yet.

Be interested to see how it played out with your friend, thanks for asking him. :)
 
Got notified that i had a delivery today (by text) couldn't for the life of me work out what it was. PS4 just arrived :D

Now, to sell it or keep it.....

EDIT: the last of us remastered....i think i might have to play through that then sell it!

Just checking, if i buy this without the soundbar from somewhere can i redeem it with Sony somehow or does it have to be at point of purchase? Have seen it for £749 without or £799 with soundbar. I hope RicherSounds would price match and throw in the soundbar as well lol
 
Just ordered mine with a JL price match for £749.

One that you must order before 13th July and input the code on the website for the chance to win the PS4 by the end of July.
 
do you have a link? I swear I saw it at Currys last night for £779 but now its up to £899 with the free sub/soundbar.

I am looking to buy this TV probably weekend after next. I would love the 55" W9 as its not that more but a bit too big for me. How is it playing PS3/PS4? I hear this set has fantastically low input lag? Not that I am a pro gamer or would ever notice it..
