If Vettel can keep Hamilton behind (which he is really going to struggle to do) then he should have this as the Mediums will last to the end where has Hamiltons tyres will go off towards the end.

However I think Hamilton will pass him in the next few laps

Hamilton was shoved off the track, he didn't just mess up the corner and went wide.

Ham could get a penalty for being pushed off but they should equally give Vettel a penalty for shoving him off by making contact with him.
