Spartans unite! Tonight, we dine on the NHS!

Couple of things that stand out. Doing deadlifts first is a good idea, you want to be as fresh as possible (you may have completed that last set ;)). Lying pull ups are inverted rows. Chins, do them :)

Not that anyone reads this but HEY! Back day today, so here we go:

I used to think that bout my log mate, but you old be suprised by the number of people that do read, and just don't say something after every work out :)

Trust me people are interested, but don't always post, some days are just quiet on the reply front.

I've always done my pull ups first, I just feel more comfortable doing deads after I've got some blood pumping around me. Normally by the time I've done my pull ups, had a drink and set up the bar for deads, I'm well rested :)

Inverted Rows! I was thinking reverse push ups?! Haha. I did chins after the inverted rows, only managed 4 reps so I thought no point!

Nice one. Are you still cutting; If so, hows it going?

Nah, the cut has ended, was only a month long. Managed to ditch 6kg (haven't weighed myself in weeks now though) and feel far more comfortable in my own skin again. Got the right lines around my pecs and abs are always there, even if not fully out. Which goes a long way to making me feel comfortable :)

Not sure what you're on about with the gyno, you look completely normal, keep up the good work!

The pictures in this thread aren't very good for showing it, and unfortunately it really shows itself when my body is hot/warm. For instance, this picture was taken when cold so the skin/fat gets tighter - however you can definitely see the sagging here:

I mire your log every time you update. I don't post though because I'm totes jelly of your Samson-style hair induced strength.

Bro, I do this for people like you <3

You've done powercleans: your log is worthy. ;) :D

I've done powercleans for a long time tbh, but very rarely get them in to my workout. Might start doing sets of 80kg+ powercleans as 60kg was easy as hell.

To be fair, I actually read everyones logs, well the top 10 on the page at the time. I rarely post though as

"Nice workout" over and over again is a verging on post count bumping

You probably notice it 500x more than anyone else, just as I notice my own flaws. You look good!
