Just don't mention the gym at all, really focus on "depression" and also the lumps.

Awesome session last night. Had Chest and tris, worked out with my manager so not my usual workout but hit the following:
Incline DB Press
Low incline smith press
Decline BB press
Cable Crossovers
Seated Tricep Pushdown (Like a wheelbarrow, basically dips)
Cable Push down

Big pump, joocey workout, mired myself in the mirror when I got home. No idea on weight but guessing even with Wednesday night's burgerking, I'll be around 80kg flat.

Legs tonight so lots of squatting volume, then dat der Steedie will be up for a post-workout Fajita feast. Strong cheesy nachos/10.
 
The cut is over for Christmas now, still going to eat clean and not in excess, but training is sporadic and a few drinking occasions essentially means it'll be impossible to cut effectively.

I don't use chalk, no. Most my deadlift sets are mixed grip, tbh I could possibly have done another set with mixed grip, but when I know my grip is failing or on the edge, I'd rather it not be the limiting factor on my deadlifts :)

Not done legs for two weeks, gonna save them for Friday. Gonna be interesting. Juicy shoulder session planned for tonight, after my 6 hours of sleep and a full day of work! Eek.
