So chest last night, got an awesome pump from it and looked thick as hell. Still mirin' myself now. Anyway, must stop rubbing my triceps and type this chip up.

Now you see, I train with my boss (as in General Manager of my company) on these types of sessions. It's great having a spotter and having a partner makes me push myself so much harder it's great. Unfortunately we don't have proper rests; it tends to be his set, my set, his set, my set. Only if I can force a conversation between sets can we get a decent rest!
 
I have a good job and a good boss, I have nothin' to complain about :D Hell makes me laugh, some of his gym experiences he talks about aren't suitable for this forum :D

And thus concludes the Festive workouts! As Ultra Extreme has said before, I really REALLY think that Bent Over Rows benefit from using straps. You start to really pull from the elbows and involve the back a lot more in the lift it's unreal.

You mirin' that lump I have on my middle upper back too? Think it might be a spot under the skin, need to ask the missus to attack me with sommat sharp :mad: It's been there well over 6 months!
 
That looks like a Lipoma brah on your back, I have one on my arm forearm. Fatty deposit that is a benign tumour.

I suggest keeping Chloobs well away from that as that's a surgical procedure to remove
