Star Trek: Picard

Didnt Alison Pill's character basically murder the good scientist at the end of season 1? So why are they working with her again...or did I just completely forget whatever the F happened in the car crash that was season 1.

Also renewed for Season 3 already? I assume they have a backup plan of how to write Picard out of his own show if old age catches up to him.

I just hope the 21st C bit is just one episode and not the whole thing

all the bad side characters seem to have returned as well which is a shame as they sucked last time

even space legolas is back - im shocked they thought that it was a good idea to keep him - actually shocked!
let alone the lady who murdered and everyone just forgot about it
or 7 of 9 is a terminator now or whatever

the pilot guy was ok and the Romulan house keepers but just ugh

From the trailer weve seen can already deduce that the end of season 2 / season 3 will involve her getting seduced by the borg queen, assimilated, and season 3 will be all borg storyline.

Pretty sure but she's got a friendly face and felt bad about it.

More like Picard telling Wesley to shut up :D:cry:

Nah, he's old and on the edge of being senile, if they bring Crusher back then there could be some sort of reason why Wesley would also come back, maybe shes dying or something and it turns out to be murder so Picard goes off to find out why/what that's all about and maybe as some sort of kickback Wesley then tells Picard to STFU..

Or just the Future and decades after TNG so of course things are different.

I imagine people had the same reaction to TNG when it first aired after growing up with ToS.
Yeah, I am not buying that. This is just weak script writing and crappy showrunner. Nothing more to it.

^^^^, with bells and cherrys.
I'm not bothered about the sexuality, gender or religion of the characters, I'm bothered about good story telling, not a weak rehash of a nostalgic show from my youth that's covered in weak sauce..

That defo needs addressing. Being really upset about it doesn't really cut it.

Was Farpoint a good episode though, where they have made films that continue episodes, they work well, for a season of Picard to do the same, are we sure that would work?

Getting more borg and time travel. It's more borg which means more seven of nine so happy days :D

More Borg used to make things more interesting, but since Voyager made them about as competent as Curly, Larry and Moe with severe brain damage it'll probably be god awful. Though more Jeri isn't a bad thing.
