In fairness, The premise for Inception is pretty damn stupid!

Reserving judgement on Picard! I'm inclined towards liking it so far, but I'm surprised it's a fully fledged series, I had initially thought it was going to be a mini series!

I think that CBS is also airing it on a tv channel in North America, as well as on CBS all Access Steaming Service.

I'm quite happy *shrug*. If I binge stuff, I tend to pay attention less and enjoy it less as a result.

Yeah, I remembered that one Discovery and thought it was funny as in the context it was fitting. The one in the latest episode of Picard was also very good and used in a mature and expressive way.

There was another sci-fi show (or maybe it was a film) which did something very similar. Can't remember it now...and it's annoying me.

There are parts of it I enjoy, but mostly it just makes me want to watch TNG and DS9 again for the 1000th time. Really not a fan of what they've done to the Federation. I just don't really buy it. It was always a little dodgy with a whiff of underhanded political strategizing about it but man, a whole race? Seriously?
