Nice gameplay, however did I see "power ups" in there? Floating emblems that give you a power or weapons??? Big no no but I guess it's too late now for them to change that feature.
Was also hard to judge the size of the map too, it looked a bit small.
Hype deflated a little, seems early days still - I think they'd have better shown actual gameplay and not scripted gameplay for the audience, or at least pre-recorded gameplay that makes it look like someone is playing and not in a theme park ride.
Very disappointed with that and I am hoping it is just down to that particular game mode....
Looks and sounds absolutely amazing but:
It looks very consoley, linear & arcadey, overall it just reminds me of hardline, crysis 2/3 and MOH.
Honestly, I wish they just kept to BF 3 and 4 style and did a reskin mostly
EDIT:
Also not sure if I like the idea of playable jedi's, there is no way they can balance them without making them extremely weak/useless i.e. not able to block anything from behind/sides
I don't know what to think at the moment to be honest, it was much better than what I was expecting. It looks like they got the look and atmosphere spot on, but I still can't shake the feeling of it being a Battlefield re-skin in places.
I've gone from very low expectations to being quite excited though need a good few 'real' gameplay videos before I can make a proper judgement though.
To me it just looks like more EA battlefield re-skin which will be pumped full of DLC, which loads of people will buy and the cycle continues. That map also looks very small. However it looks like that's just a mode like Rush on Battlefield. I hope there is a hardcore mode!
The thing that also gets me with most of these E3 demo show-offs is you can tell how heavily scripted they are. Will be waiting for reviews to see what its actually like.
GET OUT!!!!! and take your 980ti with you mate lmao.
Game looks freaking amazeballs, made my eyes and ears a little moist
cant wait and its only early reveal. November is shaping up to be one of the greatest gaming months on record at the minute. So much getting released in that month now.
