You say it like it's a bad thing. Look at BF4 it's one big monumental **** up when it comes to it and they are still trying to balance the game and the thousands of gadget unlocks.

I completely agree with you. Just not sure publishers and studios see it that way, gives them lots of ways to get micro-transactions into the game.
Its been long over due. I'd LOVE a decent new WW2 game right now. I haven't even played this game and I'm board of it already

Holy **** How did I not know there was an open beta for this in 4 days lol. Now I'm excited
preload on 7th. One thing DICE got right in the Alpha were the sounds, If they listened to feedback I just hope they haven't made it too arcady.

I agree they should drop all the gadgets etc. start players with a basic setup and make the gameplay and balance as good as possible, CS:GO for example. Unfortunately people need to get their little dopamine hit from unlocking new things and progressing all the time.

Huh? There was a lot of noise about not having dedicated servers and then they came out and said there would be dedis but no server browser. Has something changed?

You are misrepresenting Dice here, as they do have dedicated servers (unlike COD) but they just don't have a server browser.

Jack Frags put up a load of youtube videos today of the beta, and it looks the exact same as the alpha
The alpha had all the depth of a puddle, when is BF5 out again?
Just watched the Hero game play. Why is Darth Vader flying around lmao, dat animation. should have taken some tips from Moviebattles II. Wonder if this will be the tipping point for DICE & EA.
