As mentioned, it'll accept both wired and wireless connections. Out of the box you can't configure a static IP on ethernet (if required) but a firmware update over the internet will add that functionality. The whole thing was very easy to set up, it'll automatically detect Steam running on your PC.
It's a great bit of kit and an absolute bargain at the current sale price.
Echo the comments about mirroring the Windows desktop, that was an added bonus. I've only used an Xbox360 controller but it looks like it'll also accept keyboard/mouse and steering wheels too.
The only gripe I have is that there's no digital audio output, but that's not an issue if you have a receiver/soundbar with HDMI in.
