PUSH-UP (10) 10-15-15-15

Good chest pump... But need some bench, really. Triceps were nicely fried, too. :o

Just squats today...

HANG CLEAN (3) 60 After the full snatch the other day, some (very) light cleans were fun to test...

Wasn't really feeling it, today. Probably some child plague brought in by my kids... :o :D

Or just lame. ;)

Ok session, but deadlifting always makes me feel like I worked hard. :o

1RM squat day because I didn't really fancy another round of triples. :o

BACK SQUAT 60(5)-89(5)-100-120-130-140-150 The last rep was actually easier than the penultimate one. Weird.
STRICT PRESS (10) 40-50-50-50 Nice. :cool: Pressing 52% of my weight. :o

A relaxed session, so nothing crazy. But pressing felt goooooooooooooood.

Eurgh... A week off legs, but haven't been feeling particularly good. So trained chest at the work gym (machines, so I had no idea what I actually lifted)...

Back to squats...

BACK SQUAT (8) 100-100-100-100

And that was that. Legs were not really working by the end of that, and felt rough as a rough thing, so called it a break.

Arms tomorrow.

My cat died last week, so wasn't really up to much... But figured he would want to be reborn as Lion-O or something, so headed back in.

GOOD MORNING (10) 60-70 Mashed a finger between two logs over the weekend, so pulling stuff is out. :o

Also used some machines at work for triceps and delts, but pffffft.

By strict press, are you benching or OHP'ing?

I don't bench. Because it is gash. :( :D

I am basically doing a cross between a Savickas (Z) press and a seated OHP... All because my ceiling is too low for proper pressing. :p

BACK SQUAT (8) 107.5-107.5-107.5-107.5 Days between squatting are really hurting my motivation... Which is dumb, because I am the one who determines when I walk out my back door to my gym 5m away... :rolleyes: :D

Nothing crazy, but enough to get the leg pump on. My finger is still recovering from getting squashed between two logs, so normal service should be resumed some time next week.

Oooooft. First session back after pretty much two weeks was going to be interesting... :o

BACK SQUAT (8) 110-110 Back was pretty weak, so left it there. :(
RDL (10) 100-100

Just getting moving was worth it. Hopefully will get back to training consistently... :)

BACK SQUAT (6) 120-120-120 Should have gone for a fourth set, but a couple of imperfect reps in the first set suggested I should quit whilst ahead...
FRONT SQUAT (5) 60-60 Felt weird. But good. :cool:

Need moar sleep. Need moar food... Even the lady asked if I had lost weight. :(

Oh, and I also did some machine-based back and broceps at work on Monday, but nothing interesting.

Wedding weekend in somewhere past Swansea... Considering I thought Swansea was as far as it got, I was surprised by how far England keeps on going. :eek:

BACK SQUAT (6) 122.5-122.5-122.5-122.5(4) Nearly a full house but wasn't sure how clean the last two reps would have been.

Very tiring as diet and sleep have been rubbish... But there we go. Legs felt awesome afterwards (are still humming nicely).























And yes - I am just joshing about the whole England thing, before anybody asks. ;) I know Swansea isn't as far as one can go! :D

Did some cable-machine back work on some day this week, which meant today was clearly legs.

BACK SQUAT (6) 125(4)-125-125-125 Body is feeling a bit off... And I just couldn't sort my rhythm on the first set...
POWER SNATCH (3) 60-60-60 Slow, but unsurprising...

Happy with the squatting, but it could have been better. More sleep is definitely required.
