SLDL (5) 100-100(2) Weird - my wrist started hurting on these, so had to stop. No, I have no idea why that would happen. :(

It is a routine called "squat nemesis" developed by a self-proclaimed "iron samurai." It is actually meant to be run on a daily basis, but you can tell I am not there, yet. :eek: :D

Today's squatting...

BACK SQUAT (3) 60-80-100-110-120(2)-130(1)-100-105-110-115-65(5)-65(5)

And it will probably hurt tomorrow. Good thing there is a barbecue on the horizon, and I won't be grill-master. :cool:
 
Couldn't face another hour of one of the new canon Star Wars books so decided to do some squats.

RDL (10) 60-60-70

A bit light on the RDLs, but it getting me nice and warm after such a long layoff...
 
So today was squats...

It was too late to do anything else by that point, and I was fried from to heavy single (form went to pot)...
 
Finally back in the gym. Holidays are great, but now my back is stiff...
