Think it is less a piracy issue rather a breach of conditions in selling on these keys to a third party.

Sounds like the download is currupt.. You need to run the exe. before you can create the iso. Might be worth re-downloading.
What's the score with this now? I've read through some of these pages. I managed to download Win 7 x64 Pro, and even though it was corrupted I have managed to make an ISO. Was about to burn it to dvd but then I realise I don't have a cd key. So how does this work?
Quick question
Is it possible to download the files on to one HD (with Vista) and install to another new HD in the same machine? Does the installation give you this option?
I'd like to keep my old Vista installation for a while in case there are any programs which I can't get to work on W7, Vista install is x64 as is the new install
