This. The owner of the shop is aiming to make a profit, they do not owe any obligation to provide goods or services beyond that which they want to (Aside from health and safety and that kind of thing).

Want Subway to stop being halal? Stop eating there. If everyone who wants non-Halal stops eating there, the business loses profit and will adjust or die. Of course what will happen is no one will do this, continue to eat at halal subway whilst complaining about it, acting like Muslims have been over in force with firearms forcing companies to stop serving bacon, instead of realising that it's a market.

the subway near me has stopped offering bacon and instead offers 'turkey rashers' which im told 'taste' like bacon. they dont.

I quite like the turkey bacon rashers that subways does...its a win win situation for me as i do have a soft spot for subways...good thing that the one in canary wharf where i work is halal and i dont see any of the non muslims, whitey lot kicking up a stink about it

Well aware of that, but considering there isn't a single non-halal subway in some of these places I find that worrying.

Furthermore I never stated it was the franchises fault. I'm mearly pointing out the way it looks things are going, it's more a reflecting on the direction our country is taking to be honest.

Aye, its like they want to show white British Christians they are better because they practice the faith but behind closed doors I think its totally non exsistant and the sooner they integrate into British culture the better and we can all get along, go down the pub and watch the football and have a fry up the next morning.

As for what other muslims do, thats none of my business tbqh...i live my life how i choose to, not once have i taken the holier than thou attitude...i know what mistakes i have made in my life...i dont make them anymore

And i do have a fry up everyday but without pork...and plenty of muslims i know also have fry ups lol.

You do realise I wasn't agreeing with you.. right?

You criticise us if we do not follow all of our religious teachings yet you want us to integrate "your" ways of life. To integrate fully as described above would mean we need to ignore our religious beliefs. We're dammed if we do and if don't - do think your attitude is likely to make things better or worse?

FYI: I goto the pub (but don't drink), watch the football and like a fry up in the morning (actually anytime, sorry if that offends your culture) just without any pork based products!

Well said people with Cheets mindset annoy me greatly...its a good thing that i can overlook their sad and pathetic views.
