**Summer Transfer Thread: News, Rumours and Speculation**

Any word on whether any European transfers can take place tomorrow? I know English clubs are allowed to do deals on the 1st of September due to the bank holiday, but what about e.g. buying players from overseas?

Yeah im quite happy and for the price we seem to be getting a good squad player. I highly doubt it was that low without add ons or maybe knocking the price of Boateng a little maybe it was even because we have loaned them O'Hara.

But Kranjcar aint a poor player by any standards, thats our good ol' Levy and his bargaining skills in use again.

Zenden to Pompey makes Kranjcar to Spurs likely, although Everton are said to have bid £5m.

I think he'd rather come to us though.

Old manager
London club
Corluka + Modric
Higher wages
Arguably more ambitious

5pm tomorrow is a crap deadline. :(

Won't have half the feel of midnight on the 31st.

I used to enjoy watching it on SSN late into the night, and now tonight I can't. :(

Didn't realise it was 5pm. Probably wont sign anyone then, our medicals take about 2 days :/
