**Summer Transfer Thread: News, Rumours and Speculation**

He's re-joined Dynamo Kiev on a 2 year deal, not sure if Chelsea actually got any money for him but at least he's off the pay roll:)

I wouldn't bet on it. I can't see Kiev playing him half of what he was on with you. I wouldn't be suprised if you're paying a % of his wages still.

He's on the last year of his contract so that's unlikely.
I'd imagine we've just let him go on a free and he's happy to take a cut in wages just so he can play football again, at a place where he'll feel comfortable:)

Why would him being in his last year of contract make a difference? He stood to make ~£6m in wages and I honestly would be suprised if Kiev could afford to pay even £2m. Although I agree that Sheva may well have been happy to take a pay cut, no doubt his agent would have been working hard to make sure he doesn't take much of a hit.

Can you see Muntari leaving Inter for Spurs? We apperently approached them at the beginning of the summer and they weren't interested in selling; I can't see what's changed unless we put in a very big offer. A midfield pair of Palacios and Muntari would be pretty amazing though, both combatative athletic and creative attacking players.

Can't see it, shame about Kranjcar as he would have been a good buy. Petrov would be a good buy, personally I'd prefer someone younger though saying that he would be the ideal role model for Danny Rose.
