Well he's only been at Napoli a year.
You have clearly hit the wrong button so i have edited for you![]()
No idea,You can say Tevez would be replaced, but by who?
Dzeko and Balotelli aren't exactly bad and they can't seem to do any good upfront for City, the playstyle is odd (in that they don't have one) and you've got to really work hard to get any chances, there aren't many strikers that work really hard like Tevez, Cavani maybe (at a rough guess)?
Well our team is quite young tbh, Richards, Balotelli, Johnson, Silva, Kolarov, Kompany are all 25 or under but all of them are experienced also internationally and european.I think City would be much better off adopting an Arsenal style philosophy where you have mostly young player but supplemented with good experienced players. The only difference is City are actually rich enough to be able to afford players that are not only experienced, but GOOD which is where Arsenal are totally failing at the moment. City need a much better youth system, how many of their youth products are playing week in, week out in the first 11 at the moment?
Toure and De Jong? Perhaps not 3 but I think certainly 2.
Have you seen City play very often? At the very least, Toure's been deployed as a box to box midfielder and more often than not, he's played as an out and out attacking midfielder.
Well tbh i cannot think of any defenders out there better, unless of course you talk about Puyol, Vidic, Pique, Carvalho etc
I await to be told Jagielka or someone.
Premier League 2010-2011, goals conceded by the teams in the top 4,
Manyoo = 37
Chelsea = 33
Citeh = 33
Arsenal = 43
those stats hardly indicate a defensive crisis
No I haven't in all honesty. Last game I remember was the FA Cup final.
I think Mancini did want him but chose to go for Dzeko because Tevez looked like he was leaving.I'm surprised you never tabled a bid for Luiz before Chelsea got him, that said City only go for players they see United interested in so I guess that explains it
Although I cant recall seeing him personally Tiago Silva seems to get a lot of praise over here and by all accounts can play in the defensive midfield role as well which I would imagine is something Mancini will particularly like
There's plenty of good defenders out there, they're pretty much ten a penny without even touching on the 'meh' ones in this country like Jagielka & Cahill
I never said it was a crisis, just that with City's money they should have better than Lescott (in the starting XI anyway). Depending on how far they get in the Champions League he'll be found out against a Real Madrid or Barcelona
I'd be absolutely gutted if Raul left. Really questioned him when he joined the club but that hot spell during left season really sold him to me. Quality player who has a lot of respect from the other players. Oh and he's cool as ****.

Our youth system is widely regarded as one of the better ones in the country IIRC. We have produced players like SWP, Richards, Hart, Sturridge, Onouha, M Johnson
Right ok then,Johnson hasn't proved his prem quality, Onouha is a joke, Swp is a joke, Richards and Sturridge are pretty damned good, Sturridge however spent 6 years at Villa and Coventry before City, where he barely played, Hart was 19(ish) when he joined City, having been trained and played a lot of games elsewhere.
So that leaves, as "real" City youth players, Onouha, SWP(he only joined at 17 after being at Forrest) and Richards that City have brought though in, years and years. One of the better youth setups in the country..... I really don't think so, I mean, SWP joined City in 1998.
